Goods and materials supplied by A&K Flooring Contractors remain its property until all related sums are paid in full and cleared. Until then, the customer must not sell, transfer, dispose of or otherwise deal with them without prior written consent. If payment is overdue, A&K Flooring Contractors may, where legally permitted, recover or repossess any goods still belonging to it.
